§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between us and our customers. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

Product presentations in the shop do not constitute a binding offer. By clicking "Buy Now", you submit a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation via email.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping

All prices in Euros incl. statutory VAT. Shipping via DHL: free from €50, otherwise €4.90. Delivery only within Germany.

§ 4 Payment

Payment via the offered methods (credit card, PayPal, Klarna). Invoice amount due immediately.

§ 5 Delivery Time

Delivery time within Germany: approx. 3–7 business days after receipt of payment.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please refer to the cancellation policy for details.

§ 7 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

§ 8 Warranty and Product Information

The statutory warranty rights apply. Our products are manufactured using 3D printing from food-safe PLA/PETG. Care instructions: Hand washing recommended, not dishwasher safe, do not heat above 60 °C.

§ 9 Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to the contractually typical foreseeable damage.

§ 10 Online Dispute Resolution

EU platform for dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not participate in arbitration proceedings.

§ 11 Applicable Law

German law applies. Status: May 2026.
